Znüni is Wolf Smart Industries' own product: a subscription app (PWA) for service companies with field teams, bringing each employee's schedule, team planning, work transfers and time tracking together in one place.

The project
We created Znüni to free service companies from Excel spreadsheets and last-minute phone calls. In a single system, the manager plans the teams, reorganises work when someone is absent and keeps track of hours, and each employee knows what they have to do and where to go, with every client’s address one tap away from the GPS.
Lifetidy, a cleaning company, uses Znüni every day to organise its operations, as it explains in the testimonial on this page.
Inside the app
In My Schedule, each employee sees the day's jobs in order, with the time, duration, client and address, plus the travel between clients. One tap on the navigation button opens the client's address straight in the GPS, and at the end they mark the job as completed or record an absence.
Self-sufficient employees who don't call the manager asking for addresses
The dashboard shows every team's day on a timeline, each in its own colour. In the planner, the whole week is in view, with filters by team, client, employee and vehicle, and any event can repeat every week.
Every team's week on a single screen
When someone is absent, the manager transfers or copies the jobs from one employee or team to another: a single event, all events in a period, or only those that need to be deleted. The teams update in the same step.
Absences covered without redoing the plan
The daily log shows each employee's attendance over the month. Time tracking compares the company's scheduled hours with the hours actually worked and calculates each person's balance.

Wolf transformed Lifetidy on two essential fronts. First, they organised our operational chaos with the Znüni app. Second, they boosted our sales with incredible traffic management on Meta Ads. Today I have a more organised business with a steady flow of new clients.

We developed the app for Clevertours, a luxury transport company based in Maia, to manage its entire transfer and tour operation: driver schedules, quotes with automatic routes and prices, bookings and programmes, invoices, team holidays and an internal feed.
We built the Akiloc app from scratch for this commercial vehicle rental company, replacing a shared Excel file and sticky notes with a fleet calendar where every operator can book, plus photo inspections on the tablet, customer signatures and contracts emailed on the spot.
