We developed the app for Clevertours, a luxury transport company based in Maia, to manage its entire transfer and tour operation: driver schedules, quotes with automatic routes and prices, bookings and programmes, invoices, team holidays and an internal feed.

The project
Clevertours, part of the Clever Travel Group, provides luxury passenger transport from Maia: airport transfers, on-demand services and tours for travel agencies, companies and private clients. The app brings everything the operation needs into a single system, from the first quote to the completed service.
Inside the app
The schedules show, on one side, the drivers who are available, off duty or on holiday, with each one's hours, and on the other the day's services: pick-up, destination, passengers, who requested it, the vehicle and the driver who confirmed. Each service moves through scheduled, validated and completed.
The whole day's operation on one screen
Each quote brings together the requested services, with the route on the map, the distance and the time, and the price taken from the client's rate tables for each vehicle type. Sent versions are saved and, when the client accepts, the booking is opened from the quote.
From request to price without manual calculations
A booking can be a single transfer or a multi-day programme with all its services, flight numbers, passengers and invoices. The calendar shows the whole month by status, and the rate tables store prices by destination and vehicle type, year by year.
Every service in a programme in a single booking
The absence calendar brings together holidays, days off and requests from the whole team. In the internal feed, the team shares notices with mentions, and the app automatically logs what changes in each booking.
