Since 2021, we have worked with Taxisubito, a premium taxi and transfer service in the Zurich region, on its four-language website with online booking, its booking app and Google Ads campaigns that generate more than 200 calls a month.

The project
Taxisubito has offered a premium taxi and transfer service in the Zurich region since 2010, available 24 hours a day. It provides transfers to airports, hotels and events, short and long-distance journeys and a limousine service.
It has child seats, carries all types of luggage, accepts the main cards in its vehicles and has dedicated transport for people with reduced mobility.

Customers enter their destination, choose the vehicle and the time they need, and confirm the booking, with no phone calls, at any time of day.

We developed the app for Clevertours, a luxury transport company based in Maia, to manage its entire transfer and tour operation: driver schedules, quotes with automatic routes and prices, bookings and programmes, invoices, team holidays and an internal feed.
We built the Akiloc app from scratch for this commercial vehicle rental company, replacing a shared Excel file and sticky notes with a fleet calendar where every operator can book, plus photo inspections on the tablet, customer signatures and contracts emailed on the spot.
