IWAP Sports is Wolf Smart Industries' own app that brings people together to play and train: groups with weekly games, games near you, MVP voting, rankings and training partners. It also has an interactive website and was presented at Web Summit 2023.

The project
Staying motivated isn’t always easy, especially when you train alone, and organising the weekly game usually ends up in dozens of messages. IWAP Sports solves both: it brings together people with the same goals and organises the groups that already play together.
It was presented at Web Summit 2023 and continues to evolve with new features.
Project highlights
Each group has its weekly game, with who is going, who is missing and the open spots all in one place, with no messages lost in the chat.
A map shows nearby games with open spots, from football to padel or basketball, so you can join even if you don't know anyone.
At the end of each game, the team votes for the MVP. Seasonal rankings, monthly challenges, experience points and weekly streaks keep motivation high.
The app suggests partners based on who has already played with you and on each person's sport. You arrange the session in the chat and it goes straight into both your calendars.
We developed the app for Clevertours, a luxury transport company based in Maia, to manage its entire transfer and tour operation: driver schedules, quotes with automatic routes and prices, bookings and programmes, invoices, team holidays and an internal feed.
We built the Akiloc app from scratch for this commercial vehicle rental company, replacing a shared Excel file and sticky notes with a fleet calendar where every operator can book, plus photo inspections on the tablet, customer signatures and contracts emailed on the spot.
