We developed the CardioEasy platform to manage cardiology exams across a network of partner clinics and family health units (USF): from the request to the doctor-validated report, with urgent cases always in view, each patient's record and the team's indicators all in one place.

The project
CardioEasy carries out cardiology exams in partner clinics and family health units. With the platform, technicians, doctors and clinics work on the same system, and every exam follows a clear path from the request to the validated report.
As this involves health data, all the screens shown in this case study were recreated with fictitious data.
Inside the app
On the home page, the team sees the episodes for the period, with each patient's exams and the clinic where they were carried out. Urgent requests are flagged with their due date, and reminders show what is still to be done, such as collecting a Holter.
No urgent exam gets forgotten
Each exam goes through the stages created, performed, reported and validated. The technician records the rhythm, rate and axis and writes the report using predefined phrases; the doctor validates it and the report is sent by email, signed by whoever performed, reported and validated it.
Faster, paperless reports with every step on record
The overview brings together the exams from every partner clinic and USF, filtered by type and status, and shows whether the tracing has already been uploaded. Each clinic has its own record, with its price list, users and the types of exam it performs.
Every partner clinic on the same system
The dashboard shows the patients, the exams for the period, those awaiting a report and those awaiting validation. The human resources dashboard tracks document expiry dates, birthdays and the productivity of each technician and doctor.

We developed the app for Clevertours, a luxury transport company based in Maia, to manage its entire transfer and tour operation: driver schedules, quotes with automatic routes and prices, bookings and programmes, invoices, team holidays and an internal feed.
We built the Akiloc app from scratch for this commercial vehicle rental company, replacing a shared Excel file and sticky notes with a fleet calendar where every operator can book, plus photo inspections on the tablet, customer signatures and contracts emailed on the spot.
